Currently I service properties for BachcareNZ, a reputable property management company for over twenty years. My portfolio of properties with Bachcare are located in Whangamata, Onemana and Opoutere in the Coromandel Peninsula. We offer a full management service where we professionally clean, take care of linen, and prep baches for customers who are coming to stay, plus a call out service if anything is required to help make a customer’s stay more enjoyable. We also offer an Air BnB style option, where the property owner manages in tandem with Bachcare, to allow a more hands-on approach from the owner.

My property management experience involves professional bach cleaning, handyman help, and gardening. I am familiar with handling different machines eg quad bikes, trucks and trailers, chainsaws, lawnmowers, power washers, and other machinery. I tidy up and manage properties so they look smart and presentable for you and
your paying customers before they arrive. I treat my properties like they are my own and put attention to detail so the end result is fantastic! Plus, I have an on-call team of workers who help me get jobs completed efficiently, professionally, and on time.
