Accountability – having weekly meetings with you helps keep me moving forward on my goals and taking action steps each week.  Even though I am motivated on my goals I also have a feeling of wanting to make you proud that I am making progress and getting things done.  This is big motivation to keep accomplishing things every week. 

Structured Approach – the goal-setting worksheet is a great tool that helps create clear goals, action steps and timelines for completion.  I like that you included obstacles & solutions, as again it helps me dive deeper and get even more clear on what is causing me stress or holding me back from moving forward. 

Reflection – often I feel you are simply reflecting back what I have said, but it is more than that, you add your confirmation or ask a question, which further helps me get more clear on what I am talking about.  Your reflection helps me get more specific, get to the root of things, or simply confirms I am on the right track so I feel more confident.
